Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)
Between
Government of Pakistan / Ministry of Defence
And
Mirha Munir Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd
For the Supply of Flour to the Pakistan Military

1. Purpose
This MoU outlines the terms and conditions under which the Supplier will provide flour to the Pakistan Military to meet its operational and logistical needs.
2. Scope of Supply
2.1. Product: High-quality wheat flour, conforming to the specifications provided by the Buyer.
2.2. Quantity: (Specify quantity, e.g., X metric tons per month)
2.3. Packaging: Flour shall be packed in Mirha Munir Enterprises (Pvt) Ltd 25kg bags
2.4. Delivery Schedule: As per the schedule agreed upon by both parties.
3. Quality Standards
3.1. Compliance with Pakistan Standard PS 139-2010 (PSQCA) for wheat flour
3.2. Free from contaminants, adulterants, and impurities
3.3. Shelf life of not less than (e.g., 6 months — placeholder)
4. Delivery Terms
4.1. Delivery Locations: (Specify military warehouses or depots)
4.2. Transportation: Supplier responsible unless otherwise agreed
4.3. Buyer reserves right to inspect flour upon delivery
5. Pricing and Payment Terms
5.1. Price per unit: PKR 3,375 per 25kg bag (i.e., PKR 135 per kg)
5.2. Payment: Within (specify number of days) after delivery and acceptance
5.3. All applicable taxes and duties to be borne by the Supplier
6. Duration and Renewal
6.1. Effective from 2 March 2025 for 1 year
6.2. May be renewed upon mutual agreement
7. Termination
Either party may terminate this MoU by giving 30 days' written notice
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all information under this MoU.
9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes to be resolved by mutual consultation or, failing that, arbitration under Pakistani law
10. Governing Law
This MoU shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan
